PROJECT: Revitalize the Aeroscholars brand and develop a powerful marketing strategy.
 
BACKGROUND: Aeroscholars is an online Aviation program for high school students that has had moderate success for over a decade. Once the program was dropped by the Experimental Aircraft Association enrollment trended downward. The program needed a vision and brand that would define a position amongst competitive educational products.
 
SCOPE: Strategic Consulting, Competitive Analysis, Core Values Exercise, Develop Brand Promise, Brand Identity, Web Design, Web Marketing.
 
INSIGHT: The results of a thorough competitive analysis revealed that the market for online Aviation education for teens has little competition. Of greater opportunity is the possibility of entering the homeschool market. Research with homeschool parents revealed various opportunities and a need to shift the language of Aeroscholars brand messaging to speak to this new market.

RESULTS: Aeroscholars has adopted a new brand based on the core values, "Progressive, Effective, Fun." A new identity and website has been designed to reflect these values.
